Regular exercise will keep the increased stresses at work at bay and keeps you feeling good as days get shorter. You will be stronger from the inside and have a regular hour off to fix yourself naturally. and have someone at your side who keeps you inspired and working!

Currently available are in particular pre-work / morning sessions 
06.00- 07.00 am  (Monday and Tuesday), Tuesday 06.30-7.30 and Sunday 07.15-08.15.  It may sound early, but there is no better time to start the day positively and get Pilates out of the way.
